How to apply for HSC Rescrutiny (once results are out)

The application process moved fully online in recent cycles, replacing the older SMS-based request:

  2. Enter your roll number, registration number, and select your board.
  3. View your current subject-wise result.
  4. Select the subject(s) you want re-checked - you can challenge as many as you like, each with its own fee.
  5. Enter an active mobile number for SMS updates on your rescrutiny status.
  6. Pay the per-subject fee online via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Sonali eSheba, Sonali Web, or Teletalk.
  7. Submit.

In the 2025 cycle, this application window ran 17-23 October 2025 - roughly two and a half months after the HSC result was published that year. The 2026-cycle window depends entirely on when HSC Result 2026 itself comes out, which is not yet confirmed.

What rescrutiny actually checks

Rescrutiny verifies that your marks were added and tabulated correctly - it checks for skipped or miscalculated totals. It does not send your answer script back to an examiner for re-marking; Bangladesh's board system does not offer full revaluation, only this tabulation check. A confirmed error can move your marks up or down.

How to check your rescrutiny result

  1. Go back to rescrutiny.eduboardresults.gov.bd.
  2. Enter your roll, registration, and board again.
  3. Check your rescrutiny status - a corrected result, if any, replaces your original one.
