About Chittagong Board

Chittagong Board is one of Bangladesh's 11 education boards - nine general boards (including Chittagong) plus the separate Madrasah and Technical boards. Your board is determined by the location of the institution where you sat your exams, not your home district - check your admit card or registration card if you're unsure.

Chittagong Board was established in 1995, when its five districts were separated out from Comilla Board. Its jurisdiction covers 5 districts. If your institution sits in any of these, Chittagong Board is your board:

• Bandarban
• Chittagong
• Cox's Bazar
• Khagrachhari
• Rangamati Hill

The same board also conducts the SSC (Secondary School Certificate) examination for these districts, using the same office and, during results season, the same central portal - so everything on this page about the HSC checking process applies to SSC results too, just with "SSC" selected instead of "HSC" in the Examination field.
